My name is Zander Grigsby. Owner and founder of Dialed N Performance. I was a wrestler most of life, turned bodybuilder, who enjoys helping people with my knowledge. With all the research and professional education, and some of the top coaching mentors in the country, I’ve learned from. I now help athletes, bodybuilding competitors, both male and female to reach that maximum performance or look on stage.
